Featuring a compact design and the ability to print colors, this high-speed, multifunctional product is an ideal replacement to black and white machines that even the smallest offices could accommodate. With its network abilities and advanced security features, the C250 is perfect as a core machine for small and medium-size offices, as well as departmental machine in larger offices.

High-speed network printer
The C250 features a body as compact as many black and white machines, its ultra-compact, multi-array laser diode print head was developed completely in house. It represents the essence of Konica Minolta optical technologies and long-accumulated printer technologies and enables the C250 to achieve a high output speed –25 pages/min* for both color and black and white and compact design.

Network scanner for easy data sharing
For easy sharing and distribution to servers or PCs, the C250 can scan a paper document and convert the data into ultra – compact PDF files or FIFF or JPEG files. By reducing the file size to approximately 1/7th that of previous models, the industry leading ultra-compact PDF makes it possible to easily colour and other documents that were previously difficult to send and receive due to their large data volume.

Advanced security
The C250 is equipped with a host of security functions to safeguard valuable data and proprietary information. Advanced functions such as password protection and IP filtering, network authentication, data communication encryption, password lock, and more are included.

Box function for efficient data handling
The Box function provides users with a secure, efficient way to store copied documents, faxes and scanned data in the C250’s large-capacity hard disk drive. Users can store up to 3,000documents or 9,000 pages in the Box. The stored information can then be distributed or reprinted at any time.

Business documents in superb quality
Together with Konica’s unique Simitri (Trade Mark) toner, the newly developed graphic processing ASIC achieves top-class reproduction of text and graphs, offering excellent fidelity to the original for important business documents. The C250 provides a variety of finishing functions (optional) to complete document such as proposals and report in superb quality, with advanced functions such as saddle stitching, booklets are easily produced in-house at a fraction of what a printing company would charge.

Universal design
To offer comfort and easy of operation for everyone, the C250 has been designed with a large, easy-to-read LCD display and buttons for the control panel. The panel also allows the user to adjust its angle in three steps for optimal viewing and use.
